  I would recommend a boot camp to anyone who really needs that push to start exercising and eating healthier. Going on a REVIVAL classic boot camp was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The sense of achievement I had at the end of the week when I found out how much weight I had lost and how much my metabolic age had dropped, really gave me the confidence to carry on with a healthier lifestyle after boot camp.
