  A string of catastrophe. We pay through the nose to have our children have swimming lessons here. The changing rooms are cramp, really, really cramp. During the 5 weeks we were there, they ran out of towels for 3 weeks, they had boarded up half the side of the swimming pool for 2 weeks due to refurbishment and then finally the boiler broke down so a freezing pool for the kids. My kids lasted 15 mins before they were shivering so much we had to shorten the lesson. By the way there was no notification of the broken boiler. This place seems to be very aggressive in getting you to sign up and then providing a substandard level of site service.
